As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Maintaining positive customer relationships by addressing product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
* Working from home, navigating multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve product-related concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Take orders, verify customer information, and track packages
* Answer customer questions and provide product information

**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* 1st Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm CST

* Weekend Training: 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm CST
