**The Opportunity**
As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, answering inbound customer calls and providing exceptional support to our customers. You will work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and headset, and will be required to maintain a high level of technical proficiency and problem-solving skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering inbound customer calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Offering additional products and services to customers to enhance their shopping experience
* Personalizing the customer experience through active listening and empathy
* Analyzing account data and making recommendations to customers to improve their shopping experience
* Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
**What You Bring**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and supervisors in a professional and courteous manner
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and screens to resolve customer issues
* Ability to sit for long periods of time and work independently in a home office environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Starting rate of $15.00/hour, with opportunities for advancement and upward mobility
* $1.00/hour additional for any hours worked 6pm-6am
* $1.00 for every hour worked 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on Sunday

**System Requirements**
* Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
* Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
* High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services not permitted)
* Webcam and ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings
**Training and Development**
* 8-week training program, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm ET or 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm ET
* Ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
* Opportunities for advancement and upward mobility within the company
**Work Schedule**
* Work a set part-time schedule of 20 hours per week
* Work schedules are not Monday - Friday; 5-day work schedules, working 4-hour set shifts
* Set schedule will include one weekend day and one weekday off
