**Key Responsibilities**
As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative in a contractor role at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses
* Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on client-specific information

**Schedule and Flexibility**
As a contractor with arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to create a work schedule that suits your needs and lifestyle. The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, but you will have the opportunity to choose your own schedule and work at times that are most convenient for you.
**Earnings and Revenue**
Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics.

**Technology and Equipment Requirements**

* Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
* Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app
* Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used (some clients will accept AppleOS)

**Contractual Relationship**
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
