**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking passionate and driven individuals who are problem solvers, enjoy making meaningful connections with people, and are interested in a rewarding career working with global brands. Our ideal candidate is someone who:
* Has a high school diploma (or equivalent)
* Has 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience
* Possesses great communication skills, both verbal and written
* Is consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled
* Has reliable internet speed and broadband connection
* Has a secure area in the home to work from
* Can work effectively in a work-at-home setting
* Is located in the Clearwater / Tampa, FL area
**Responsibilities**
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting all customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats
* Communicating a variety of information to the customer
* Being an active listener and helping resolve customer inquiries
* Providing a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction
* Learning and retaining a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services
