As a Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator – CX Solutions, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Answer customer questions and provide solutions that meet their needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
* At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
* At least 1 year of Google Suite or Microsoft Office experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
* At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
**Work from Home Technology Requirements:**
* Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
* Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
* A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
* Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
* Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
* ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
**Work from Home Location Requirements:**
* This role is 100% work from home
* We are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories
* Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California
