As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll have the opportunity to: * Demonstrate your ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a strong attention to detail and a positive attitude * Develop your customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, effective communication, and conflict resolution * Work independently, exercising good judgment and decision-making skills * Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences * Continuously learn and grow, with access to training and development opportunities **Basic Qualifications** * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification * At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience **Schedule** * Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST * Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST (Limited Availability) * Schedules are adjusted per time zone **Compensation** * The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount arenaflex is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
