You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your enthusiasm, confidence, and dedication will make all the difference in delivering exceptional experiences and driving business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including sales opportunities and product upgrades * Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer experiences * Explain and position products and processes with customers, ensuring they understand the value proposition * Escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial teams, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction * Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience **Candidate Qualifications** We're looking for highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individuals who are passionate about customer service and sales. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
