As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service to our clients. **What Part Will You Play?** As a Work from Home Banking Credit Card Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates for card holders (customers) of 1-2 assigned arenaflex clients. * Providing standardized or scripted responses by utilizing basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes. * Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases. * Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution. **Building Your Knowledge and Skills** As you begin your journey with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to build your base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients. You'll also gain an understanding of association guidelines and compliance by frequently referring to online manuals and specific client training required to resolve card holder inquiries. **What We're Looking For in This Role** We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications: * High School Diploma or Equivalent * A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work from contact center experience in the last 18 months. * The pay for this role is $15.00 per hour. This is an entry-level role, and the pay is non-negotiable. * You must be flexible and open to a work schedule that includes mid-shift to late shifts, including working weekends as part of your weekly schedule. * This role requires you to be on camera at all times. * This role is not bonus eligible. * This is a US-based role only. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * 12 months of contact center or work from contact center experience in the last 18 months. * Banking customer service experience. **Desired Skills and Capabilities** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and capabilities: * Skills / Knowledge: Acquires and applies job skills and learns arenaflex policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks. * Job Complexity: Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Has little or no role in decision-making. * Supervision: Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments.
