You'll be responsible for providing administrative support, managing mail and correspondence, and ensuring that our office supplies and common areas are stocked and organized. We're proud to offer a competitive compensation package, including a 401(k) plan, company matching contributions, and a range of benefits that support your physical and mental well-being. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Virtual Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks: * Maintains full knowledge of the IT department structure, knowing which leaders oversee each team. * Sorts, scans, and distributes mail and internal correspondences throughout the arenaflex campus and satellite locations. * Manages postage, mail accounts, and incoming and outgoing mail. * Ensures office supplies and all common areas are stocked, clean, and organized. * Sets up IT meetings and removes set up once the meeting convenes. * Creates and replaces ID badges for IT employees. * Supports coverage of the reception desk, including answering phones, directing visitors, issuing and deactivating employee and visitor badges. * Performs all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. * Complies with arenaflex privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information. * Other duties as assigned. **Job-Specific Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate the following competencies: * Consistently demonstrates the Mindsets, arenaflex Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role. * Gives attention to detail and follows instruction. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to prioritize and work under strict deadlines. * Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. * Ability to stay organized and multi-task efficiently. * Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures. * Establishes goals and works toward achievement. * Provides prompt and courteous customer service. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. * Proficiency in typing and data entry. **Education and Experience** To be considered for this role, you'll need to have: * High School Diploma / GED required. * Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge. **Physical Requirements** As a Virtual Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be working in an office environment where a computer, telephone, and other office equipment are used as needed to perform duties. You'll regularly be required to sit, reach, grasp, stand, and move from one area to another.
