**Key Responsibilities**

* Review referrals, log into hospital portals to retrieve records for the next day's patients, rename records, attach records, and perform other related tasks
* Double-check incoming referrals to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Manage multiple tasks efficiently, utilizing excellent organizational skills
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data entry processes and high-quality patient care
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times
**Requirements**
* 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in US healthcare settings
* Proven experience in data entry, with a strong understanding of data entry and auditing processes
* Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and hospital portals
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
