* Providing exceptional customer support to our clients, using your skills and expertise to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations
* Responding to inbound phone and/or video calls and live chats over the internet from your home office
* Guiding and helping customers find answers to their questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

**Qualifications**
To be successful as a Virtual Customer Support Agent with arenaflex, you'll need:
* 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred)
* A high level of professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes
