With a strong focus on customer-centricity, innovation, and teamwork, we are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their loved ones. **Key Responsibilities** As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for: * Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences * Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the best possible coverage and support * Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support as needed * Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments * Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software and other sales and customer service tools * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience in the insurance or benefits industry * Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP) * Experience using Zoom or other video conferencing platforms * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and grow with the company **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software and other sales and customer service tools * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on flexibility and adaptability **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
