As a key member of our Guest Relations and Operations Support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and supporting our operations team with various tasks. If you're a highly organized, tech-savvy, and communicative individual with a passion for delivering 5-star service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to our guests via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. * Screen potential guests and provide support for guests, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests via various channels, including phone, email, and chat. * Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by consistently delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms, ensuring that our brand is represented consistently and positively. * Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams, ensuring that our properties are maintained to the highest standards. * Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement, ensuring that our financial interests are protected. * Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor, ensuring that our properties are maintained efficiently and effectively. * Work with 3rd party vendors to manage tertiary market management, ensuring that our properties are represented consistently and positively. **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry. * Proficient in Guesty and/or HostAI, with a deep familiarity with leveraging ChatGPT for comprehensive guest messaging. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and vendors via phone and email. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities. * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in using various software applications. * Availability to work part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, including Thursday and Friday evenings from 3pm-11pm CST. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management. * Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems. * Experience in writing and responding to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms. * Familiarity with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and vendors via phone and email. * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in using various software applications. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our team members with opportunities for growth and development.
