As a Virtual Customer Service Lead, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that's passionate about delivering exceptional results. **Key Responsibilities** As a Virtual Customer Service Lead, you'll be responsible for managing our client's customer service operations, including: * Managing Google Drive/Docs to ensure seamless data organization and collaboration * Managing Helpscout (customer service email platform) to provide timely and effective support to customers * Managing and organizing Kajabi (or similar CRM platform) to streamline customer interactions and data management * Managing Zapier to automate workflows and enhance efficiency * Managing a custom-built backend site for our App, with training provided by our client to ensure a smooth transition * Managing Apple Connect and Google Play Console to optimize app store management and customer engagement * Managing Test Flight to ensure seamless app testing and quality assurance **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Experience in project management or customer service lead (a plus) * A detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and efficiency * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues * Technical expertise in managing various platforms, including Google Drive/Docs, Helpscout, Kajabi, Zapier, and Apple Connect * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving * Availability to work 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust to changing workload demands * Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone availability **Benefits** As an independent contractor, you'll enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere, at any time.
