* Handle marketing mailers and emailers to past, current, and potential customers (work can be done on your own time)
* Collaborate with multiple team members, including taking direction from different personality types and seeking clarity when needed
* Follow up on unanswered questions and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Reliable phone with a stable internet connection
* Ability to work a minimum of 12-16 hours per week on a consistent basis
