**Job Summary**
As an experienced Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in processing incoming customer enquiries, providing instant valuations, and managing trade-in operations. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries, and ensuring that they receive a seamless and efficient experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process incoming customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger
* Provide instant valuations for customers, taking into account desired profit margins, postage costs, and other factors
* Issue postage labels and ensure customers receive their payment
* Assist with listing goods on eBay (capacity permitting)
* Respond to customers in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Initial Training and Onboarding**
* 2-day paid training on a weekend that suits you (Saturday and Sunday)
* Comprehensive training on our systems, processes, and procedures
* Ongoing support and guidance from our experienced team
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role or virtual assistance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in using technology, including email, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger
* Basic knowledge of eBay and online marketplaces (desirable)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the trade-in or e-commerce industry
* Knowledge of eBay and online marketplaces
* Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
