**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for managing guest communications, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner, and providing exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Guest and Reservation Management**: Manage guest communications, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* **Virtual Property Management**: Coordinate with property owners, manage property listings, and ensure accurate information is provided to guests.
* **Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate cleaning services, manage cleaner schedules, and ensure properties are clean and ready for guests.
* **Amenity Arrangement**: Arrange for amenities such as linens, towels, and toiletries, and ensure they're delivered to properties on time.
* **Issue Resolution**: Resolve guest issues in a timely and efficient manner, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Success Metrics**
As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be measured on the following success metrics:
* **Quick Response Rate**: Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries, ensuring guests receive timely and accurate information.
* **Issue Resolution**: Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency in less than 3 hours or ASAP, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* **Review Rating**: Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher, ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience with arenaflex.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **2+ years of Customer Service Experience**: Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service.
* **2+ years of Vacation Rental Customer Service or Hotel Experience**: Experience in the vacation rental or hotel industry, with a focus on managing guest communications and resolving issues.
* **Availability to Work during Normal U.S. Business Hours**: Availability to work during normal U.S. business hours, with flexibility to work outside of regular hours as needed.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* **Experience with Airbnb Customer Service**: Experience working with Airbnb customer service, with a focus on resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service.
* **Ability to Work with Multiple Technology Platforms**: Ability to work with multiple technology platforms, including property management software, customer service software, and other tools as needed.
