As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for resolving technical issues, answering questions, and providing solutions to a wide range of technical support challenges. If you're a great communicator, enjoy problem-solving, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional support to careerzynith users through live chat, resolving technical issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Support, Engineering, and Product, to identify and resolve technical issues * Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of careerzynith's platform, including features, functionality, and best practices * Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, often requiring creative problem-solving and outside-the-box thinking * Communicate effectively with users, providing clear and concise solutions to technical issues * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure careerzynith's support team remains at the forefront of the industry * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge * Collaborate with the support team to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective support delivery **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience working with Support, Engineering, and/or Product teams, including experience with live channels * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside-the-box * Experience with Zendesk and Stripe is a plus * Direct experience with coding languages (JavaScript and HTML) and third-party APIs (Stripe) is a plus * Alignment with careerzynith's mission to build a new economic engine for culture and experience as a careerzynith subscriber (experience as a creator is a plus!) * Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fully remote environment * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and helpdesk platforms * Familiarity with careerzynith's platform and features * Experience with coding languages (JavaScript and HTML) and third-party APIs (Stripe) * Certification in customer support or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to think critically and outside-the-box * Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues * Experience with live chat software and helpdesk platforms * Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and helpdesk platforms * Familiarity with careerzynith's platform and features **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a User Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
