**Job Summary**
As a Travel Coordinator - Entry Level Data Entry Assistant, you'll play a critical role in coordinating travel arrangements for our clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. You'll work closely with clients to gather preferences, provide itinerary options, and address any questions or concerns. You'll also liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other vendors to secure reservations, negotiate rates, and arrange special accommodations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
* Utilize booking platforms and travel management systems to schedule and confirm travel plans accurately and efficiently
* Communicate with clients to gather preferences, provide itinerary options, and address any questions or concerns
* Liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other vendors to secure reservations, negotiate rates, and arrange special accommodations
* Monitor travel schedules and make adjustments as needed to accommodate changes or unforeseen circumstances
* Provide clients with relevant travel information, including destination guides, visa requirements, and safety precautions
* Handle cancellations, refunds, and changes to travel plans in a timely and professional manner, following established procedures
* Maintain detailed records of travel arrangements, payments, and client interactions in our database systems
**Essential Qualifications**
* Previous experience in travel coordination, scheduling, or related roles preferred
