This individual will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with internal stakeholders and translation vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, localization, and translation, with excellent business communication skills and a passion for intercultural communication. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive daily translation/localization requests from internal team and stakeholders, and create and manage translation projects in the arenaflex Translation Management System (ATMS) by outsourcing to vendors. * Coordinate and communicate project delivery timelines based on project volumes, and translation/review process needs. * Troubleshoot issues or questions regarding target audience, file type, and business requirements. * Respond to linguistic queries from translation vendors, request feedback from internal stakeholders, and coordinate with vendors for implementation. * Use project management methodology, including risk management, to plan, scope, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard, ensuring they meet the requirements of the business. **Ideal Candidate** * 2+ years of experience in project management and localization. * Excellent business communication skills. * Experience working in a global, cross-functional, multilingual team. * Proven ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and processes. * Demonstrated project management experience, and the organizational discipline to track and manage work for several complex projects simultaneously. * Proven ability to make quick decisions in ambiguous situations, a record of extraordinary attention to detail, and strengths in Dive Deep and Learn and Be Curious. * Proven ability to learn new software, concepts, and processes. * Strong attention to detail. * Passion for intercultural communication. * Proven organizational skills and ability to multitask. * Ability to work independently with little oversight. * Ability to ask critical questions to comprehend customer needs and discover the root cause of issues. * Fluency in one or more non-English languages. * Comprehension of translation/localization industry processes. * Knowledge of localization tools, translation management systems, and working knowledge of content management systems. **What We Offer** * Competitive base pay, ranging from $56,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $118,900/year in our highest geographic market. * Total compensation package, including equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation. * Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. * Opportunity to work with a global leader in e-commerce, with a commitment to innovation, customer obsession, and operational excellence. * Inclusive culture that empowers arenaflexians to deliver the best results for our customers. * Career growth opportunities and learning benefits, with a focus on professional development and continuous learning. **Work Environment and Company Culture** * arenaflex is a remote-friendly company, with a flexible work environment that allows you to work from anywhere. * Our inclusive culture is built on the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a focus on creating a workplace where everyone can thrive. * We're committed to innovation, customer obsession, and operational excellence, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences across the globe. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced Translation Program Specialist looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
