**Job Summary**
We're looking for a highly skilled Translation Program Specialist to oversee the translation and localization of arenaflex content for our global customer base. This individual will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with internal stakeholders and translation vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, localization, and translation, with excellent business communication skills and a passion for intercultural communication.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive daily translation/localization requests from internal team and stakeholders, and create and manage translation projects in the arenaflex Translation Management System (ATMS) by outsourcing to vendors.
* Coordinate and communicate project delivery timelines based on project volumes, and translation/review process needs.
* Troubleshoot issues or questions regarding target audience, file type, and business requirements.
* Respond to linguistic queries from translation vendors, request feedback from internal stakeholders, and coordinate with vendors for implementation.
* Use project management methodology, including risk management, to plan, scope, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard, ensuring they meet the requirements of the business.
**Ideal Candidate**
* 2+ years of experience in project management and localization.
* Excellent business communication skills.
* Experience working in a global, cross-functional, multilingual team.
* Proven ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and processes.
* Demonstrated project management experience, and the organizational discipline to track and manage work for several complex projects simultaneously.
* Proven ability to make quick decisions in ambiguous situations, a record of extraordinary attention to detail, and strengths in Dive Deep and Learn and Be Curious.
* Proven ability to learn new software, concepts, and processes.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Passion for intercultural communication.
* Proven organizational skills and ability to multitask.
* Ability to work independently with little oversight.
* Ability to ask critical questions to comprehend customer needs and discover the root cause of issues.
* Fluency in one or more non-English languages.
* Comprehension of translation/localization industry processes.
* Knowledge of localization tools, translation management systems, and working knowledge of content management systems.
