**Key Responsibilities**
As a Ticket/Gate Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Greeting customers and guiding them through the check-in process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
* Managing the boarding process, including seat availability and gate announcements
* Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (up to 70 pounds)
* Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
* Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
* Scheduling based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight

**What You Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Consistently prioritize safety and protection of self, others, and personal data

* Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
* Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
* Proficiency in English

* Pass a physical ability test (PAT), which can be prepared for through searching this video
* Pass a Customer Service Assessment
