**Responsibilities**
As a Tele Chat / Live Chat Support specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through tele chat and live chat channels. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries and providing support via tele chat and live chat channels
* Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
* Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate responses
* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
* Collaborating with other team members to improve customer support processes
**Qualifications**
