Our mission is to empower our clients to achieve their goals through innovative solutions, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to excellence. **About the Role** As a Technical Support - Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, as well as providing product information and recommendations to our customers.
