**Key Responsibilities**
As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading complex projects that involve designing, developing, and deploying cloud infrastructure and data analytics solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

**Essential Qualifications**

* 3 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
* Experience in financial analysis and reporting, using accounting software and databases, and controlling large datasets using SQL.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* 3 years of experience in leading large, cross-functional projects that involve multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
