**Job Summary**
As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cloud infrastructure and data analysis projects. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. Your expertise in technical program management, data analysis, and process improvement will be essential in driving the success of our initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with a team of designers and organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC)
* Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and deliver end-to-end solutions that include data gathering, analysis, ongoing metrics, and presentations
* Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
* Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business suggestions based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to move forward
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, engineering, mathematics)
* 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
* 3 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analysis
* 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
* Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and managing data collections using SQL
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical
* 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles
* Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
**Skills and Competencies**
* Strong technical program management skills, with experience leading complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
* Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills, with experience working with large datasets and identifying trends and insights
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
* Experience with cloud infrastructure and data analysis tools and technologies (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, SQL)
