**Job Summary**
As a Technical Product Engineer at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving the development of our products and services. You will work closely with our business and IT teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Your expertise in Agile development and Scrum mastery will enable you to prioritize features and deliver high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct thorough and detailed analysis of existing processes, systems, and desired outcomes to meet the objectives and goals of assigned products.
* Collaborate with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to prioritize feature development based on business value.
* Develop and maintain detailed client stories that clearly depict functional and non-functional requirements.
* Communicate business requirements through various artifacts, such as user stories, features, scenarios, acceptance models, process flows, wireframe diagrams, collaboration diagrams, mockups/demos, etc.
* Work collaboratively with a multi-functional team within a Scrum framework.
* Lead work meetings and report on new features, requirements, and processes.
* Oversee testing, bug tracking, and enhancements to ensure issues are resolved before promoting to production environments.
* Manage multiple priorities and balance continually evolving needs.
* Use data and analysis to drive decision-making and inform process-driven solutions.
* Develop business rationale and key metrics for inclusion into decision-support models and tools.
* Develop issue articulation, including issue description and improvement measures.
* Drill down beyond the issue surface to understand root causes.
* Convey proposals and supporting data to determine strong, coherent, and justifiable business reasons.
* Provide guidance to project planning and effort estimation within scope.
* Support the identification of risks and mitigation approaches.
* Ability to collaborate with, as well as create and maintain internal client relationships with specialty unit leaders.

**What You Need to Succeed**
* 3 years of hands-on experience as a project manager, product owner, or similar.
* Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies; ability to apply suitable Agile approaches in the cycles of software development and delivery.
* Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from feasibility through to production.
* Knowledge of tools, techniques, and methods of requirement analysis; ability to inspire, analyze, and document expected business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the outcome of a system or software development project.
* Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
* Should have excellent education and organizational skills, solid verbal, written communication, and support skills.
* Should perform adequately in current position.
* Regularly focuses on the health and safety of self, others, and personal data.
* Embraces diverse individuals, thinking, and styles.
**What Will Give You an Edge**
* Strong understanding of Agile/SDLC development philosophies
* DevOps experience including the use of point-of-business Agile planning tools like Agility.Al or similar.
* Past experience as a product owner including ownership for its development and execution.
* Ability to adapt and make arrangements for changing business targets.
* Carrier business experience, as well as business process re-designing or potentially broad experience working with Agile teams, is attractive.
