As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to arenaflex. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Technical Customer Support Representative to join our team, providing top-notch support to customers experiencing technical difficulties with our computer software and hardware. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving customer questions or problems, applying your knowledge of computer software and hardware to solve complex issues. This schedule allows for a great work-life balance and enables you to focus on delivering exceptional support to our customers during peak hours. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Technical Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Identifying, investigating, and resolving customer questions or problems with computer software and hardware * Providing email, chat, and telephone support to end-users experiencing technical difficulties * Applying knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve complex problems * Guiding users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include the use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions * Identifying and escalating support situations requiring urgent attention * Tracking and routing support requests via our computerized ticketing system; thoroughly documenting resolutions * Staying current with product upgrades, system information, and business updates * Collaborating with other team members to research and resolve problems * Performing other related duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software * A thorough understanding of computer software and hardware, including desktop computers, network devices, and peripherals * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills * A professional and pleasant telephone manner * The ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical customers * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software * A willingness to have telephone conversations monitored for quality assurance **Preferred Qualifications:** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * An Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field * 2+ years of experience in customer technical support **Physical Demands:** As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you'll be working in a remote setting, using a computer, headset, and keyboard for the duration of your workday.
