As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers via email, chat, and telephone. If you have a passion for gaming and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! **Schedule:** Our ideal candidate will be available to work Tuesday through Saturday, preferably from 10am to 6pm CT. This flexible schedule allows you to balance your work and personal life while providing excellent support to our customers. **Job Duties:** As a Technical Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Identifying, investigating, and resolving customer questions or problems with computer software and hardware * Providing email, chat, and telephone support to end-users experiencing technical difficulties * Applying knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems * Guiding users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include the use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions * Identifying and escalating support situations requiring urgent attention * Tracking and routing support requests via our computerized ticketing system; thoroughly documenting resolutions * Staying current with product upgrades, system information, and business updates * Collaborating with other team members to research and resolve problems * Performing other related duties as assigned **Required Skills/Abilities:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software * A thorough understanding of computer software and hardware, including desktop computers, network devices, and peripherals * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills * A professional and pleasant telephone manner * The ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical customers * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software * A willingness to have telephone conversations monitored for quality assurance **Education and Experience:** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * An Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field * 2+ years of experience in customer technical support **Physical Demands:** As a remote worker, you'll need to be able to: * Sit for the duration of the workday * Use a keyboard, headset, and computer monitor for the workday **Benefits:** At arenaflex, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) * Retirement Plan (401k) * Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) * Short Term & Long Term Disability * Work From Home flexibility **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about gaming and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
