**About the Role**
As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you'll join our wider UK organization, serving as our primary technical point of contact for clients across multiple sectors. Your role will be crucial in enabling customers to maximize the value from our SAM4 condition-based maintenance system, and you'll be responsible for developing relationships with our customers at multiple levels, building endorsement for our product, and maximizing value for our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting our customers' technical teams on-site to get value from our product, which means installing the SAM4 hardware, realizing energy savings by optimizing asset setup and performance, and addressing potential upcoming failures detected by SAM4.
* Helping project leads at our customers set up the right processes, roles, and responsibilities to integrate SAM4 notifications into their daily operations.
* Developing relationships with our customers at multiple levels, building endorsement for our product, and maximizing value for our customers.
* Working with our Leiden-based teams to drive best-in-class service for our clients, representing our "Act instead of react" ethos.
* Taking ownership of direct contact with relevant stakeholders at our customers to plan and prepare site visits to troubleshoot and provide diagnostic support following SAM4 notifications.
* Setting up processes, roles, and responsibilities with the project lead from the customer to integrate SAM4 notifications into their daily operations.
* Inspecting, performing root cause analysis, and advising on maintenance interventions on assets' drivetrain components upon SAM4 notifications for upcoming failures (including visual inspection, vibration analysis, etc.) at client locations across the UK.
* Supporting customers and customers' framework partners in installation and troubleshooting of SAM4 hardware on site.
* Understanding the SAM4 technology and incident notifications and interpreting the implications of the Asset Reliability Specialist's analysis of SAM4 data.
* Documenting and reporting on findings of site visits in the SAM4 tooling, providing key lessons learned and diagnostic reports for our customers, including suggested interventions.
* Managing relationships with customers' maintenance and operations teams.
* Managing relationships with customers' framework partners for installation and asset maintenance.
* Representing the arenaflex brand at all times.
* Following all health and safety regulations set by our customers while being on site.
**What You'll Bring**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least level 3 Apprenticeships (ideally HND or HNC)
* 5-10 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or operation of industrial equipment such as electric motors, gearboxes, drives, pumps
* Understanding of Condition-Based Maintenance strategies, technologies, and execution
* UK driving license
Desirable qualifications include:
* Experience in Water and/or Waste Water asset maintenance or operations
* Experience and/or certification for Vibration analysis or other condition monitoring techniques (e.g., ISO 18436)
* Digitally savvy, with a good understanding of IoT devices, set-ups, and communication
