**Essential Qualifications**
* Enrolled in a university in the U.S. pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher, through May of 2027 or later
* Minimum 2.7 GPA
* Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment and background check
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Bachelor's degree or higher (in progress)
* Undergraduate degree in progress
