As a Team Leader at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for encouraging excellent customer service to our customers, stores, and associates. You'll work closely with agents to assist with technology, professional communication, and career development, while building rapport within your team and upholding service level metrics. **Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center environment
* Proven track record of providing best-in-class customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed service level metrics
* Experience with technology, including CRM systems and data entry software
* Strong leadership and coaching skills
* Ability to build rapport with agents and other teams
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a contact center environment
* Experience with arenaflex's technology and systems
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience with data entry software and CRM systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a remote environment and manage a team of agents
