As a Student Success Coach at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in helping students navigate their educational journey, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Student Success Coach to join our remote customer service team. As a Student Success Coach, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students throughout their education program, empowering them to achieve academic excellence and develop the skills necessary for lifelong learning. You will work closely with students, responding to their inquiries, and providing guidance on academic policies, procedures, and resources. Your expertise, empathy, and passion for education will make a significant difference in the lives of our students. **Key Responsibilities** * Support enrollment, student development, and retention services, ensuring a quality learning experience for students. * Manage a group of assigned students, coaching each through their degree program, through proactive and timely outreach. * Encourage and support students through daily and weekly outreach, helping them develop skills and knowledge for academic success. * Provide a trusted environment where students can share their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests. * Offer and teach students how to use resources to maximize their success, including resume and career development support. * Become a certified resume reviewer to provide expert guidance on resume writing and career development. * Serve as a liaison for students, enabling them to connect with various departments and resources. **What We Require** * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning (or international equivalent). * Two or more years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling. * Knowledge of academic policies and procedures. * Ability to learn technical skills quickly. * Excellent communication and listening skills, including a pleasant phone manner. * Strong customer support focus and attention to details. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range between $23 and $24 per hour. * Paid time off. * Comprehensive medical, pharmaceutical, dental, and vision benefits. * Health savings and flexible spending accounts. * 401(k) Savings Plan. * Life and Disability Insurance. * Tuition assistance. * Employee Stock Purchase Plan. * Additional benefits, including an Employee Assistance Program, prenatal and adoption assistance, and other voluntary benefits to select from. * Opportunity to become a Certified Professional Resume Writer through paid certification by PARWCC (Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches). **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office.
