**Job Summary**
As a Student Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our patrons, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for all users. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**
* Greet patrons and guests, ensuring a positive and approachable atmosphere
* Assist customers with various questions and problems in customer service areas
* Perform basic cleaning responsibilities, including trash, equipment, and laundry
* Special event set-up and operations
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patrons by completing assigned shifts, duties, and enforcing facility policies
* Serve as a first responder to accidents within the building
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless event execution and customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications or obtained within the first 30 days of employment
* BBP Certification obtained within the first 30 days of employment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer service, event management, or facility operations
* Knowledge of arenaflex's policies and procedures
* Familiarity with recreation center facilities and operations
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
