As a Staff Data Analyst, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a meaningful impact on the business world. **Key Responsibilities** As a Staff Data Analyst, Customer Success Strategy & Ops, you'll be responsible for building and scaling our data analytics practice to drive strategic insights that inform product and service improvements. Your key responsibilities will include: * Developing comprehensive analytics frameworks to guide Customer Success strategy and long-term initiatives * Designing and implementing performance measurement systems, including monthly business reviews, forecasting models, and success metrics * Leading complex analytical investigations to identify root causes of customer challenges and recommend actionable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes * Creating scalable processes and systems that enhance team productivity and decision-making through data-driven insights * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced data analyst who can drive business outcomes through data-driven insights. To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A business mindset: you'll help stakeholders define business problems and formulate hypotheses to guide work * An ownership mindset: you'll autonomously scope, manage, and execute projects requiring cross-functional collaboration * A curiosity mindset: you'll explore our rich customer data to bring new insights and perspectives to the team * Strong communication skills: you'll be able to put your findings within the context of arenaflex's goals and objectives * Strong collaboration skills: you'll be able to influence stakeholders across the organization, from discussing technical details with Analytics Engineers to connecting your findings to our business strategy with C-level executives * Leadership through vulnerability: you'll be able to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and be willing to change directions when you're wrong * An ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment, pivot, and work autonomously **Requirements** To be considered for this role, you'll need: * Academic or professional experience with a heavy quantitative, analytical focus * ~5 years minimum professional experience for most candidates * Masters or PhD in quantitative field not required, but a good indicator * Track record of driving organization-wide impact in a business environment, influencing decision-making with data; ideally working with cross-functional, executive (C-level) stakeholders * Experience working with data end-to-end, from ingestion to data modeling to analytical deliveries * Experience with enterprise-scale analytics architectures built for a variety of applications (beyond SQL transformations/reporting, ideally Looker, HEX) * Ability to write performant, complex SQL queries combining multiple sources of data * Expertise with data analytics and statistical tools such as R or Python * Confidence with a variety of analytical and statistical techniques (e.g., regression analysis) * Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills * Demonstrated passion for teaching, mentoring, or developing teams - particularly without direct management **What We Offer** As a Staff Data Analyst, Customer Success Strategy & Ops, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including: * Cash compensation range: $138,500 - $221,600 USD Annually * Base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under arenaflex's bonus plan for eligible roles * Eligibility to participate in arenaflex's equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs) * Overtime pay for eligible roles * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that's passionate about making a meaningful impact on the business world.
