Our team is passionate about using data-driven insights to drive business decisions and improve the lives of our customers and sellers around the world. **The Role** As our Sr. Manager of Forecasting, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering contact forecasts that will enable us to generate a cost-effective and comprehensive global capacity planning solution for our CS network. You'll lead a team of analysts and managers spread across multiple countries, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality forecasts that meet our service level delivery requirements. Your expertise in forecasting, data analysis, and team leadership will be instrumental in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement a comprehensive forecasting strategy that aligns with arenaflex's business objectives * Lead a team of analysts and managers to develop short-term and long-term contact forecasts using various forecasting techniques across multiple Amazon markets * Collaborate with senior CS leadership to identify drivers of forecast variance and participate in strategic long-term planning initiatives * Manage team performance to ensure low error contact forecasts and meet service level delivery requirements * Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of forecasting activities * Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions * Develop and maintain forecasting models and tools to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency * Provide regular updates to senior leadership on forecasting performance and areas for improvement **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field * 10+ years of experience in forecasting and planning, with a strong background in data analysis and team leadership * Proven track record of managing a team of analytic professionals, including hiring, development, and performance management * Experience with SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools * Excellent communication skills to share findings in an understandable and actionable manner * Ability to lead successfully in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * Ability to manage team to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads **Preferred Qualifications** * MBA or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other business/analytical disciplines, with 10+ years of related work experience * Experience in forecasting, time-series, and multivariate regression * Combination of technical skills and business savvy to interface with all levels and disciplines across the organization * Proven track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment * Experience using AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, etc. * Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills * Natural curiosity and desire to learn **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and bonus structure * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced professional with a passion for forecasting and team leadership, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
