As a Solutions Architect on our Customer Acceleration Team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers unlock the full potential of our platform and achieve their business goals. **Key Responsibilities** As a Solutions Architect on our Customer Acceleration Team, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional technical design and thought leadership to our customers, helping them to understand and implement best practices around migrating, building, managing, and operating Amazon Connect within their arenaflex cloud environments. * Leading efforts to capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the arenaflex solution architect community, ensuring that our customers have access to the latest expertise and insights. * Collaborating with our world-class sales and business development team to deliver proof-of-concept projects, re-usable artifacts, reference architectures, and lead implementation projects that help our customers transform their call centers to Amazon Connect and the arenaflex platform. * Working closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements. * Providing guidance on the people, organizational, security, and compliance aspects of transforming the contact center to the Cloud. * Setting up and configuring arenaflex services in-line with best practices. * Coaching customers and partner teams to be self-sufficient. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience. * 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience. * 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience. * Understanding of contact center operations, workflows, and key performance metrics. * Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries. * Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud. * Experience working with arenaflex technologies from a dev/ops perspective. * In-depth understanding of contact center technologies, including cloud-based platforms, VoIP, IVR, ACD, and CRM systems. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Technical presentation experience, including whiteboard, small, and large group presentations. * Collaborating with arenaflex field sales, pre-sales, training, and support teams to help partners and customers learn how to build and move to production-grade arenaflex environments that support Amazon Connect. * Defining and delivering on-site consulting engagements with partners and customers, including participating in pre-sales on-site visits, understanding customer requirements, proposing and delivering packaged offerings, and delivering custom solution engagements, specifically focused on call center organization, processes, tooling, and integration. * Software development experience with building contact center integrations. * Engagements that include short on-site projects proving the use of arenaflex services to support new distributed computing solutions that often span private cloud and public cloud services.
