**Job Summary**
As a Senior Product Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading the development of our digital products from concept to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX design, and data science, to ensure that our products meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be the "voice of the product" to key stakeholders, ensuring that their requirements are met and that the product group has the necessary resources and support to achieve success.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute product strategies that align with arenaflex's overall business goals and objectives
* Lead the development of digital products from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that products meet their needs
* Develop and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans
* Work with engineering and UX design teams to ensure that products are developed on time and within budget
* Analyze data and customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement
* Develop and maintain product documentation, including product guides and release notes
* Collaborate with other product managers to share best practices and drive innovation across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Four-year degree or equivalent experience
* 4+ years of product management experience, with a focus on digital products and services
* Proven track record of developing and launching successful products that meet customer needs
* Experience driving collaboration across multiple teams to achieve shared goals
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex product ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
* Experience building and maintaining product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans
* Experience working with agile development methodologies and tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies
* Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Experience with product development methodologies, such as Lean or Design Thinking
* Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and launch products
* Experience with product management tools, such as Jira or Asana
