**Job Summary**
As a Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you'll play a critical role in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions for our client. Your expertise in mobile integration in Field Service and Customer Engagement will enable you to drive business process improvements, enhance customer engagement, and increase operational efficiency. This is a remote contract opportunity, with occasional travel to the client location in Deerfield, IL.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Implement and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules
* Develop and deploy mobile integration solutions in Field Service, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE using tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps
* Design and implement data migration, integration, and reporting solutions in Dynamics 365 CE
* Provide exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business process improvements and enhance customer engagement
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
* Proven experience in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules
* Strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices
* Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE using tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps
* Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting in Dynamics 365 CE
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate
* Experience with mobile integration in Field Service and Customer Engagement
* Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps
* Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting in Dynamics 365 CE
