Your expertise in mobile integration in Field Service and Customer Engagement will enable you to drive business process improvements, enhance customer engagement, and increase operational efficiency. This is a remote contract opportunity, with occasional travel to the client location in Deerfield, IL. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules * Develop and deploy mobile integration solutions in Field Service, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions * Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE using tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps * Design and implement data migration, integration, and reporting solutions in Dynamics 365 CE * Provide exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business process improvements and enhance customer engagement * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field * Proven experience in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules * Strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices * Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE using tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps * Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting in Dynamics 365 CE * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams **Preferred Qualifications** * Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate * Experience with mobile integration in Field Service and Customer Engagement * Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps * Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting in Dynamics 365 CE **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business process improvements and enhance customer engagement * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to investing in our employees' growth and development.
