We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Creative Communications & Keynote Design Lead to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Creative Leadership
- Own the end-to-end creative process for executive-level communications, ensuring every deliverable reflects the highest standards of design excellence and strategic clarity.
- Partner directly with Sales Leadership to understand business priorities, translating complex strategies into powerful, accessible narratives.
- Serve as the primary creative strategist and trusted advisor to senior leadership, advocating for design excellence while educating stakeholders on best practices.
- Maintain a holistic view of organizational communications while ensuring meticulous attention to every detail.
Keynote Design & Content Development
- Lead the design and development of high-impact Keynote presentations for Business Plans, Town Halls, Conferences, and C-level internal and external communications.
- Craft compelling storytelling frameworks, including overarching narratives, thematic through-lines, and strategic messaging architecture.
- Manage presentation development from concept through delivery, including storyline creation, speaking notes, and supporting deliverables.
Center of Excellence (COE) Leadership
- Establish and lead a Center of Excellence for creative resources within the US Sales organization.
- Develop and curate resources that ensure US Sales messaging remains aligned, consistent, and on-brand across all lines of business.
- Build a community of practice that brings creative professionals together to share methodologies, provide over-the-shoulder creative oversight, and elevate collective output.
Process & Standards Development
- Establish design intake, creation, and delivery workflows across US Sales for key communication opportunities.
- Develop and roll out standardized communication delivery mediums, including Keynote, video, and web-based tools.
- Ensure consistent messaging, design language, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Effectively partner with team members across a fast-paced environment where direction and priorities may shift rapidly.
- Build trust and credibility with internal partners, positioning yourself as an innovative problem solver and leader within the broader organization.
- Make clean, decisive decisions while remaining calm and effective when operating under tight deadlines.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: 5–8 years of progressive experience leading communications, creative design, or multimedia initiatives across diverse teams, with demonstrated success balancing short-term project delivery alongside longer-term change management and motivation efforts.
- Design Mastery: Exceptional Keynote design capabilities with a strong creative flair and refined aesthetic sensibility.
- Writing Excellence: Outstanding writing skills with the ability to translate complex strategies into compelling talking points, narratives, and Keynote presentations.
- Autonomy & Accountability: Self-directed and independent professional with a high sense of ownership and the ability to self-navigate ambiguous situations.
- Creative Problem Solving: An out-of-the-box thinker who takes full ownership of the creative process and drives innovative solutions.
- Decision Making: Ability to make clear, confident decisions and maintain composure when working under tight deadlines and managing large volumes of work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background in Communications, Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience supporting Sales organizations or working closely with C-suite executives.
- Familiarity with a range of multimedia production tools and platforms beyond Keynote, including video editing and web-based presentation tools.
- Track record of building and scaling creative communities or centers of excellence within large organizations.
