**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Pharmacy & Retail Operations team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, summarizing statistics, and providing evaluation to support strategic planning and the improvement and implementation of applications. You will maintain a deep knowledge of enterprise tactics and practices related to all aspects of Pharmacy & Retail Operations and provide complex analysis to build a business case for system and operational process changes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collect, summarize, and analyze statistics to support strategic planning and the improvement and implementation of applications
* Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of enterprise tactics and practices related to all aspects of Pharmacy & Retail Operations
* Provide complex analysis to build a business case for system and operational process changes
* Serve as an operational liaison for various projects to drive task execution and communicate relevant task information to stakeholders
* Collect, analyze, and provide recommendations on proposed applications to meet the business and strategic needs of Pharmacy & Retail Operations and the company
* Manage complex ad-hoc tasks and analyses as needed
* Collaborate with Pharmacy & Retail Operations, IT, legal and regulatory, system improvement teams, and others to develop operational solutions
* Coach, mentor, guide, and provide oversight to junior Business Analysts
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 1 year of experience with reading and reporting statistics to identify problems, trends, or exceptions to drive development of solutions and find solutions; OR, High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience with reading and reporting statistics to identify problems, trends, or exceptions to drive development of solutions and find solutions
* At least 1 year of experience querying databases (e.g., SQL, Golden, Business Objects, EDW, SAS, and/or SQL Server)
* Experience in identifying operational problems and recommending and implementing solutions to solve problems and issues
* Experience in communicating the impact of business analysis results to business leaders
* Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word (e.g., placing headers, page breaks, page numbers, and tables, and/or adjusting table columns)
* Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using the SUM function, placing borders, placing column width, placing charts, using text wrap, sorting, placing headers and footers, and/or print scaling)
* Intermediate level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., using a template, formatting individual spacing, placing a picture, converting slide format and theme colors, including transitions, customizing slide numbers, converting chart format, and/or formatting font)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's Degree or MBA
* Bachelor's Degree
