**The Role**
As a Seasonal Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing warm and welcoming phone support to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering customer inquiries about our clients' services and sign-up processes via phone and email support
* Providing updates on current account status and resolving any issues that may arise
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our clients' services and industry trends
**Project Details**
* Project Hours: Monday - Friday, 6 am - 5 pm (All Times Pacific)
* Commitment: 20 hours per week, 90 days (as needed)
* Orientation Begins: April
* Hourly Pay Rate: To be discussed in the interview phase

* Phone experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required
