This is a seasonal position that ends on 1/15/2024, and you will have the opportunity to work from home, enjoying a flexible schedule and a competitive compensation package. **Key Responsibilities** As a Seasonal Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include: * Placing orders over the phone and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Answering product questions, return requests, and order status inquiries with accuracy and empathy * Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and text * Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times * Performing other customer service, operations, and administrative duties as needed **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues * Excellent phone skills and a pleasant phone demeanor, with the ability to handle a high volume of calls * Organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask * Strong PC skills, with experience using software applications and systems * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision * Patience in handling a diverse array of customer needs and requests * A personal PC or MAC with high-speed internet * 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, experience shopping online and call center experience are highly desirable. Available shifts include: * Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 11 am and 8 pm * Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 10 am and 7 pm **Compensation and Benefits** We offer a competitive compensation package, with hourly rates ranging from $14.00 to $15.00.
