**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and/or services
* Interacting with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the internet
* Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Meeting or exceeding performance targets and quality standards
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (this is a seasonal position)
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
* A desktop or laptop computer with the following specifications:
+ Operating System: Windows 10+
+ RAM: 8GB or higher
+ Processor: Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
* High-speed internet connection with the following specifications:
+ Speeds: 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher
+ Type: DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (Satellite and Wireless/Hotspots are not acceptable)
* Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
