**Responsibilities:**
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to resolve customer inquiries and issues
* Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds customer expectations
* Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, including resolving complaints and providing solutions

**Requirements:**
* **Location**: Must reside in the United States, with a preference for applicants residing within a 50-mile radius of our local sites
* **Qualifications**: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, 18 years of age, and flexible to meet the needs of the business
* **Equipment and Internet Requirements**: Must have a:
+ 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch)
+ Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
+ Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
+ Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
+ Noise/distraction-free home office environment
+ Desk and an ergonomic chair
