**Responsibilities**
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our customers
* Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds customer expectations
* Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, including resolving issues and answering questions
* Providing a memorable and delightful experience for our customers, every time

* Be flexible to meet the needs of the business
* Have a reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
* Have a working phone line, either a home phone or mobile
* Have a dedicated workspace with a desk and ergonomic chair
* Be able to work in a noise/distraction-free environment
**Equipment and Internet Requirements**
To ensure you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to succeed in this role, you'll need to:
* Have a 19-inch standalone monitor
* Have a hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
* Have a working phone line (home phone or mobile)
* Have a dedicated workspace with a desk and ergonomic chair
* Be able to work in a noise/distraction-free environment
