**Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions**
As an Experienced Scheduling and Customer Services Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression on the phone and in person
* Fostering personalized and helpful experiences for clients, building trust and confidence in our business
* Quickly determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately using active listening skills
* Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs

**Required Qualifications**

* A minimum of 4 years of sales or customer service experience

* Strong PC and problem-solving skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
