**Job Summary:**
The Experienced Revenue Cycle Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into arenaflex's CareLogic, Netsmart's myEvolv, or Meditech's EHR system. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in data entry, preferably in the behavioral health industry, and be familiar with Google Sheets, Excel Spreadsheets, and email communication.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into arenaflex's CareLogic, Netsmart's myEvolv, or Meditech's EHR system
* Review and analyze credit balances on claims with complicated scenarios and suggest claim actions to be taken
* Perform adjustments for claims with credit balances
* Review denials for timely filing and enter appropriate reasons to be submitted for writeoff approval
* Perform claim actions for claims approved for write off
* Perform claim actions specially in bulk as identified by claims specialists
* Perform claim actions on secondary claims satisfied by primary payers
* Perform Quality Assurance tasks on your own work and reporting
* Experience working with outpatient Behavioral Health insurance coverage is vital
* Experience working with Google Sheets, Excel Spreadsheets, drafting emails is vital
* Experience working with CareLogic EHR is essential
* Experience working remotely and communicating through email and Google Chat is important
* Experience with Massachusetts Medicaid products is important
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High School diploma or GED is required
* Minimum of one year data entry experience
* Previous experience successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders with a consistent track record of delivering on time, and/or high quality results preferred
* Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting
* Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel Spreadsheets, and email communication
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in the behavioral health industry
* Familiarity with CareLogic EHR and Netsmart's myEvolv
* Experience working with Massachusetts Medicaid products
* Experience with data analysis and reporting
* Certification in medical coding or billing (CCS, CPC, or CMC)
