As a Retail Sales IN-STORE Chat Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional results and exceeding our guests' expectations. **Key Responsibilities** As a Retail Sales IN-STORE Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: * Executing the careerzynith Guest Engagement Model to create a positive and engaging shopping experience for our guests * Maintaining a primary focus on training and development on sales proficiency processes * Completing all training and demonstrating the ability to effectively execute to company expectations * Executing style guide directives by overseeing all aspects of merchandising, visual, and labeling * Ensuring daily task lists are completed by store teams * Ensuring inventory accuracy according to careerzynith asset protection standard work * Driving proficiency using the careerzynith Guest Engagement Model and Guest Satisfaction * Connecting behaviors in the Guest Engagement model to expected sales outcomes * Self-assessing daily results and partnering with Leadership on behavioral expectations to improve * Completing a monthly proficiency plan by utilizing the end of the month sales reporting tools and self-assessing personal strength and opportunities * Helping to execute style guide directives and Daily Task List * Building a culture throughout the store that drives positive company expected outcomes * Actively supporting and contributing to the store with the goal of helping the entire team delight guests and achieve revenue targets * Utilizing all tools to the company standard * Ensuring check-out/in processes are executed * Ability to work weekends and most holidays * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * High School Diploma or GED equivalent * 1 year of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment (high volume experience preferred) * Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered * Experience in Microsoft Office programs * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds **Computer Skills** To perform this job successfully, you'll need experience in Microsoft Office programs, including: * Microsoft Word * Microsoft Excel * Microsoft PowerPoint * Microsoft Outlook **Position Hiring Range** The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position.
