**Job Summary**
As a Retail Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II, you'll be responsible for protecting Arenaflex assets, preventing shoplifting and other forms of loss, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with our Loss Prevention team to identify and address potential security risks, while also ensuring that our customers receive a positive and engaging shopping experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Patrol store premises to detect and prevent shoplifting and other forms of loss
* Conduct thorough investigations into reported incidents of loss and provide recommendations for prevention
* Collaborate with Loss Prevention team members to identify and address potential security risks
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that customers receive accurate information about our products
* Work effectively with store management and colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals
* Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in loss prevention and customer service
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in retail loss prevention or a related field
* Strong knowledge of retail operations and loss prevention principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
