**Responsibilities**
As a Retail Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Processing complex orders with 100% accuracy from intake to filing
* Ensuring our customer management system is up-to-date and accurate
* Clarifying, diagnosing, and resolving customer order issues
* Scheduling appointments with homeowners and delivering exceptional customer service
* Creating packets or other materials as required for sales fulfillment process
* Handling permits and inspections with precision and attention to detail
* Preparing customer correspondence and communicating effectively with internal teams
* Identifying opportunities to improve our level of service and implementing changes
* Communicating order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners and providing customer/delivery partner feedback
* Administering programs, such as our customer referral program
* Training others in office and customer service processes
* Creating purchase orders, processing payments, and processing receipts as needed
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent, plus 2-4 years of work experience, including order processing work
* Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and general computer skills
* Strong phone etiquette and verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution
* Intermediate writing skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
* The ability to determine customer needs and assist in resolving issues for assigned areas
